By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Afri Essence Food provides freshly prepared African meals and sides for delivery or pickup. All products are subject to availability and may vary slightly from their description or images.  

 

2. Order Placement
- Orders must be placed through our official website, app, or approved platforms.  
- Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.  
- Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed.

3. Delivery & Pickup
- We strive to deliver all orders within the scheduled time frame; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.  
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Afri Essence Food is not liable for undelivered orders due to incorrect information.  
- Pickup orders must be collected during the specified time window.

4. Food Safety & Storage
- Our meals are prepared fresh and are best consumed on the day of delivery.  
- Customers are responsible for proper food storage and reheating, where applicable. Afri Essence Food is not liable for any health issues arising from improper handling after delivery or pickup.

5. Refunds & Returns
- Refunds are only offered for orders incorrectly fulfilled or for items that fail to meet our quality standards.  
- Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order by contacting our customer service team.  

 

6. Allergies & Dietary Information
- While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles common allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, shellfish). Afri Essence Food cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.  
- Customers are responsible for reviewing a general ingredient list for each dish.

All branding, logos, and content on our website and packaging are the property of Afri Essence Food and may not be used without prior consent.
